Counselling Service

People need positive changes in thinking (cognition), behaviour (action), ways of relating (relations) to others and mood (emotions) for tiring situations e.g. work, family and social situations. I provide counselling, cognitive-behavioural  therapy and psychotherapy individualized for the clients needs.

Objectives of Service:

Helping clients to:

  • identify ways to deal with life changes and transitions;        
  • handle depression, stress, anxiety and mental health problems      
  • learn effective communication skills in relating to others      
  • develop positive living goals.
